1. Membership

1. We provide a subscription service on our Site allowing you to access discount codes, exclusive offers and invitations, and various other benefits determined at our discretion (Subscription).
2. If you wish to become a member of Drip Social for a specified period (Subscription Period), you can do so by selecting a Membership package paying the purchase price (Membership Fee) during checkout.
3. In order to purchase and use a Subscription, you must register for an account with us.
4. The Membership Fee for your Subscription is based on your chosen Membership package.
5. Your Subscription begins upon payment of the Membership Fee and continues for the Subscription Period. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Period, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Membership Terms. You acknowledge and accept automatic charges for Fees and taxes upon each renewal in accordance with these Membership Terms.
6. Each Subscription grants access to specific inclusions outlined on the membership page. If you reach the inclusion limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade your Subscription to enjoy additional benefits.
7. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and credentials, including your password. You will be solely responsible for any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Membership account.
8. Upon purchasing a Subscription, you authorise us and relevant payment processors (including but not limited to Stripe) to charge you for the applicable Membership Fees, including ongoing fees and taxes. By nominating a payment method at the time of your initial purchase, you authorise us (including our third-party payment processors) to charge you using that method throughout your Subscription Period. Your payment information and related data will be stored according to our Privacy Policy.
9. You warrant that your payment details will remain valid throughout the Subscription Period. It is your responsibility to report any inaccurate charges within 30 days from the billing date. From time to time, we may use updated payment method information provided by you or related financial institutions.
10. Certain payment methods involve agreements between you and the provider, and if we do not receive payment, you agree to pay us directly. Non-payment may result in account suspension or cancellation without notice (Cancellation). In the event of a Cancellation, you must reimburse us for all incurred costs or expenses related to your non-payment or breach of these Member Terms.

2. Fees

1. In our sole discretion, we may provide free trials and other promotions for our goods and services.
2. Subscription prices are subject to modification, and in the event you've subscribed, we will inform you via email of any upcoming Membership Fee increases no later than 30 days before the Subscription Period concludes.
3. Should we fail to notify you within the specified timeframe about a price increase, you may maintain your current Subscription at the pre-increase rate for an additional 10 days with the option to terminate your Subscription immediately (provided notice is given within the 10-day notice of the price increase) or continue with the Subscription at the revised price.

3. Termination

1. You can cancel and terminate your Subscription at the conclusion of the applicable Subscription Period by providing notice prior notice. To cancel, visit the membership page and follow the prompts to cancel your Subscription.
2. On cancellation of your Subscription, your membership benefits will continue until the end of the current Subscription Period. After the conclusion of the current subscription period in which you have submitted a cancellation of your Subscription, your membership will be terminated an you will no longer have access to membership benefits (including discounts, entries, rewards or other benefits).

4. Membership Benefits

1. Your Subscription will allow you to access various discounts, promotions, rewards (including without limitation birthday rewards and referral rewards), invitations and offers chosen at our discretion (Benefits) provided by us or third parties.
2. Drip Social is merely a platform to introduce you to and provide you with access to such Benefits and unless expressly stated otherwise, the Benefits are not provided or conducted by us.
3. As a result of a purchasing a Subscription or other product from us, you may receive entries into a trade promotion conducted or promoted by us (Trade Promotion).
4. You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. all Benefits and Trade Promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions;
   2. we are not a party to, or liable (including for any loss, special, indirect or consequential loss, damage or injury, loss of claim, costs incurred or paid) with respect to your dealings with any third parties in relation to a Benefit or entry into a Trade Promotion;
   3. we are not liable for any act, omission or negligence or any other party, including in respect of the security and privacy of information provided by you to a third party;
   4. we reserve the right to vary, cancel or remove any Benefit at any time at our sole discretion, with no notice to you; and
   5. Benefits and entries into Trade Promotions cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

5. Dealings with Third Parties

1. You may, through the Site, view third party advertisements, offers, promotions and discounts and other general information (Third Party Advertisements) supplied by third parties including those that we have affiliations with (Third Parties).
2. You acknowledges and agrees that:
   1. we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, currency or reliability of Third Party Advertisements. You must make your own investigation into the accuracy of Third Party Advertisements. For example, we do not warrant that:
      1. any Third Party has the legal authority to sell a product or service;
      2. a product or service described in a Third Party Advertisement is actually in existence; or
      3. the price stated for a product or service in a Third Party Advertisement is correct;
   2. any communications entered into between you and a Third Party are done at your own risk;
   3. any transactions resulting from use of the Site will be with a Third Party directly, and will be completely independent from Drip Social;
   4. Drip Social provides a platform only to connect users with Third Party for the purpose of accessing Benefits from those Third Parties, and is not responsible for any negotiations or disputes arising as the result of a Third Party Advertisement, and is not in any way in partnership or otherwise associated with you and any Third Party;
   5. Drip Social is not a party to any arrangement between the you and a Third Party. As a result, we have no control over, and do not ensure, guarantee or provide any warranty or indemnity in respect of the quality, fitness for purpose, legality, accuracy, completeness or otherwise of:
      1. any goods or services offered to you by a Third Party;
      2. any information provided by Third Parties, including in a Third Party Advertisement;
      3. the ability of the parties to undertake their respective obligations; or
      4. the prices charged by a Third Party to you;
   6. Drip Social does not have any knowledge of products or services relating to Third Party Advertisements and therefore we are not responsible for providing advice in respect of any goods or services in Third Party Advertisements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that goods or services are suitable for their intended purpose, are of good quality, and information provided by a Third Party is correct;
   7. Drip Social takes no responsibility for any Third Party complying with any Applicable Laws;
   8. in the event that you purchase goods from a Third Party, including goods advertised in a Third Party Advertisement, the goods may have defects;
   9. Drip Social strongly encourages you to conduct enquiries and undertake an inspection of goods prior to making a purchase in order to ensure that information displayed on a Third Party Advertisement is accurate; and
   10. Drip Social is not responsible for any loss or damage experienced by you in the event that a product is inaccurately described in a Third Party Advertisement or is misleading.
